What is Burnout?

Burnout, often work related, but not always, is the result of chronic stress, and results in emotional and physical Tiredness, Cynicism about work and life, and Ineffectiveness in accomplishing tasks. It usually involves elements of anxiety and mild depression. However severe depression is more serious than even Burnout.
